5 Things To Avoid While Meditating

Alright now I believe you had tried and implied all the principles that I posted earlier on things to avoid before meditating on the 34 words listed in The Message of a Master. Now it is time for you to learn things to avoid while meditating on the words given.

1. Remember while meditating on the words given you will be definitely feeling itchy or you may want to scratch any of your body parts. My advice for you is , please solve that itch problem as soon as possible and if can do not put your attention to it for so long just scratch if you feel like and get back to your business.

2. Never ever look at clock often. Yes me myself had done that many times. I used to look at clock whether 30 minutes have passed or not. Well not all of us having this trouble but what you can do is you can set alarm clock or timer for you to concentrate on the words better and this will avoid you to divert your attention. Do not bother about time.

3. Well definitely you cannot avoid yourself from letting out a big yawn but you can do this. After letting it immediately try to get back to the business of meditating. The key is never let yourself get distracted.

4. If can please put your phone under silent mode. Never let it to disturb you while meditating on the words given. If someone calls you let them be, you have an important stuff to do.

5. Do not be still. Please take some deep breaths while meditating. This is very important. While taking deep breaths focus on the words listed because the deep breath will supply more oxygen to your blood and you will be more conscious. The key is breath in and breath out as frequent and as deep as you can.
