Memory can be a very scientific subject but what we can do is that derive the ultimate meaning of memory and understand how it can be trained. The greatest and hardest labor in this world is THINKING. That is the reason why many do not indulge in it.

Therefore, having a clear understanding and importance of having a good memory is crucial.

As for the Lazy man's guide,

harnessing the power of the mind can be a very cool game. All you have to do is one thing, a clear understanding that mind can be trained and memory falls into that category too.

The methods that I am about to share is based from my personal experiences where I am proud to say that I am no longer having the problem of recalling.

1. THROW AWAY YOUR SHOPPING LIST

Throwing it away would allow you to rely upon your mental capabilities alone where you will have to focus upon the list of goods. The more you do it the better you will be in recalling back all the things that is blocked deep within your brain.

It is not only applicable for shopping list but any list that you will make often as your TO-DO-LIST would be a great start too.

2. SEE THINGS DIFFERENTLY [ A BIT FUNNIER ]

Be a funny person inside your mind. Make things to appear funnier and humorous where our mind have the capability of recalling anything that is funny. Based on my experience, what I am about to say can be quite offensive but I feel good that I am being able to recall people's name easily.

The idea is simple where we make fun out of people's name and their looks where it would be easy to recall back and the only setback is that we will not stop laughing.

3. IF YOU ARE LAZY, USE YOUR SHOWER TIME!

Shower time can be as precious as diamonds because that is the time where most brilliant business ideas were found. It is a very unique experience that allows us to relax our mind and body to be calm and allow creative intelligence to be activated.

This is a very special moment and utilize it by recalling the activities that you did earlier, the dress that you was wearing the whole day or anything.

The idea is that, you must be calm enough to allow your mind to bring back any old thoughts or memories that you intend to focus upon. If you forgot something be calm and then work on recalling it.

The ideas shared would be suitable for people whom do not have enough time even or themselves to improve and boost their memory. It is all based from my experience and what I learned.
